Manitou Brewing is seeking reliable, experienced and hard working prep cooks and line cooks for part time to full time employment.
MUST BE AVAILABLE FRIDAY THROUGH SUNDAY. Pay starts at $13/hr. Opportunity for monthly bonuses. Shift meal and post-shift drink provided.

•Answer, report and follow Kitchen Manager or Assistant Kitchen Manager’s instructions
•Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies
•Prepare food for service (e.g. chopping vegetables, cooking product or preparing sauces)
•Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff
•Ensure that food comes out simultaneously, in high quality and in a timely fashion
•Clean up station and properly store leftover food
•Stock inventory appropriately

•Proven cooking experience is required
•Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards
•ServSafe Certified or able to pass exam once employed
•Maintain a positive and professional relationship with coworkers
•Excellent understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures
•Accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks
